Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she had won four health titles. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed the first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the event. Summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectation. She was happy about her position. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with machines, and bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
